These capsules are a useful fish oil supplement, containing EPA and DHA which are essential Omega 3 fatty acids. Your body can’t produce essential fatty acids on its own, so the NHS recommends that you consume at least 2 portions of fish per week, including 1 oily fish portion. If your diet does not regularly consist of this, you may wish to consider a supplement.
